No. There's no joining fee, no lock-in contract, and no upfront cost. The program is free to join — we talk through how the commercial model works before anything is agreed.

Do I need specialist equipment or training?

Neither. Our dental technician arrives fully equipped for every session. Your team doesn't need any clinical training or certification. You provide the space and the clients — we handle everything else.

How often would sessions run at my business?

That's entirely up to you. Sessions can run monthly, fortnightly, or seasonally — scheduled around your calendar, not ours. We'd recommend starting with one session to see how your clients respond, then building from there.

How do I let my clients know?

We provide ready-to-use social posts, email copy, and booking prompts as part of the partner toolkit — so you can announce a session without starting from scratch. Everything is on-brand and ready to go.

What happens on the day of the session?

Our qualified dentologist comes to your premises, fully equipped. Animals are seen one at a time, at their own pace. Each pet receives a report card detailing their dental health and home care recommendations — something your clients will genuinely value.

Is your business the right fit?

What if a pet isn't suitable on the day?

We always prioritise the animal's wellbeing. If a pet is too anxious to continue, we stop. Our dentologist will advise on how to make a future session more comfortable.

Are there any breeds or animals you don't see?

We see most dogs and cats. We don't work with brachycephalic breeds — pugs, French bulldogs, English bulldogs, and similar — as their anatomy makes non-sedation cleaning unsuitable. If you're unsure about a specific animal, get in touch and we'll advise.
