No — never. Our entire service is built around non-sedation dental care. Our technicians use patient-led techniques that allow most dogs and cats to have a full clean while awake and calm.

Most sessions take 30–45 minutes, but we allow up to 90 minutes, depending on the level of buildup and your pet's comfort. We never rush — your pet's pace leads ours.

Every 6–12 months is our general recommendation, though it varies by breed, age, and diet. We'll give you a personalised recommendation on the report card after each session.

Yes. We see both dogs and cats. Our technicians are experienced with feline patients — who, as any cat owner knows, require a different approach entirely.

No referral required. You can book directly online. If your pet has known dental issues or is under vet care, we recommend letting your vet know — but it's not required to book.

We always prioritise your pet's wellbeing. If a pet is too stressed to continue, we stop. We can advise on ways to make a future visit more comfortable.
